The so-called Islamic State's presence in Africa could soon be growing again. Having gotten a pledge of allegiance from Nigeria's Boko Haram terror group and claiming responsibility for attacks in Tunisia and Libya, Islamic State operatives could have their sights set on Somalia. VOA's National Security Correspondent Jeff Seldin reports.
