As Americans prepare to observe the 13th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, there are growing concerns that the terrorist group known as Islamic State could carry out attacks in the U.S. and Europe. As VOA's Ayesha Tanzeem reports, the foreign militants who have joined the Islamic State in its fight in Syria and Iraq are the focus of concern.
