Turkey is hosting an international humanitarian summit this week amid the world's worst refugee crisis and rising global inequality. The United Nations has convened the meeting in Istanbul to shake up the world's emergency response system. Zlatica Hoke reports that more than 120 U.N. member states are attending the summit, which is expected to produce commitments to reduce humanitarian disasters.
