The World Health Organization recently changed its guidelines for the treatment of HIV. The WHO now recommends that all HIV-positive people begin taking anti-retroviral drugs when diagnosed instead of waiting until their white blood cell counts drop. Lenny Ruvaga reports for VOA from Nairobi that implementing these new guidelines could be a challenge for Kenya.
