Kenyan students at the University of Nairobi remain shaken on Monday following a stampede that took place at the school early Sunday morning, as students mistook an electric transformer explosion as a terrorist attack and stampeded down the halls of their dormitory. VOA's Linord Moudou reports and later reports on how Kenyan's Deputy President William Ruto has ordered the UN Refugee Agency to relocate the refugee camp in Dadaab near the border within three months.
