Gunmen from the Somali-based terrorist group al-Shabab attacked Garissa University in northeastern Kenya in the early morning hours Thursday, killing at least 17 people and wounding more than 60 others. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta addressed the nation after the attack. VOA's Vincent Makori reports and for the latest on the unfolding situation, he talks to a Kenyan journalist, Adow Jubat, by phone, from just outside Garissa University campus.
