Kenya's opposition leader Raila Odinga made an appearance in Nairobi's Kibera slum Sunday, telling his supporters ‘sorry' for the post-election deaths of which he accuses government security forces, and again arguing that the newly-re-elected ruling party intended to ‘steal' their victory.
