Kenya on Saturday marked the one-year anniversary of the terror attack on Garissa University that killed 148 people, most of them students. Militant group al-Shabab claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was payback for Kenya's military actions in Somalia. VOA's Mohammed Yusuf reports.
