Organizations in Lebanon are trying to lend a hand to Syrian refugees, especially children who could be at risk of exploitation. Instead of giving them money, many groups in Beirut are issuing coupons called Good Notes. Refugees can exchange these vouchers for food or other essential items, preventing money collected by children from falling into the wrong hands. Alberto Pimienta has more.
