President Donald Trump's executive order for a wall along the 3,200-kilometer U.S.-Mexico border is bound to encounter legal and logistical hurdles. In southern California, where large sections of a barrier already exist, residents note profound change, but say the crossing of undocumented migrants remains a dire humanitarian concern.
