The International Atomic Energy Agency has certified that Iran has met provisions in the nuclear deal, a move that clears it from nuclear-related sanctions and paves the way for Tehran to expand its international clout through trade.  VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins looks at how Iran's sanctions relief could affect the United States.
