Militants around the world appear to be turning more and more to the type of apparent "Lone Wolf" attack that hit Canada's capital, Ottawa, on Wednesday, and in Quebec province on Monday. As VOA's Al Pessin reports from London, such attacks are small-scale but often difficult to stop.
