Parents and teachers deal with unruly children every day. While some send kids to a quiet room, others resort to corporal punishment, which is banned in schools in most U.S. states. Now, a school in Baltimore, Maryland, is trying a novel technique to discipline disruptive children: meditation. Sarah Zaman reports on how, simply taking a deep breath, can help.
