Aid agencies say thousands of migrants in southeast Europe are at risk of dying as extreme cold weather sweeps across the region. Temperatures in the Balkan states have dropped to minus 20 degrees Celsius this week, and many stranded asylum seekers are sleeping in tents or makeshift shelters. Henry Ridgwell reports.
