In a world shaken by terrorism, the Syrian war and the migrant influx in Europe, reducing poverty is increasingly vital to achieving global stability, says Dana Hyde, head of the Millennium Challenge Corp. VOA's Miriama Diallo speaks with her about the independent U.S. aid organization's mission.
