According to a 2016 report by the World Health Organization, nearly 4 million people worldwide, many of them young children, die prematurely because of indoor smoke inhalation. Yet many people around the world still use coal- or wood-burning stoves for cooking and heating. One country particularly hard hit is Mongolia. VOA's George Putic reports.
