The U.S. House of Representatives moved closer Monday to passing a bill that will impose harsher unilateral sanctions against North Korea for conducting its fourth nuclear test last week. And in Seoul the U.S. and South Korean militaries are closely coordinating the possible buildup of assets such as aircraft, armaments and warships in the region.
