With tensions between India and Pakistan high, people who live close to the Line of Control, the de facto border between the two neighboring countries in the disputed Kashmir region, fear that new houses, built to resist earthquakes, can be dangerous during shelling. VOA's Ayesha Tanzeem went to the region and has this story.
