In the years since the 9/11 attacks, New Yorkers have witnessed lower Manhattan's resurgence. The concept of rebuilding, however, will continue long after construction is complete. Visitors and residents say the city feels safe today, but for many, their outlook on everyday life has forever changed. VOA's Ramon Taylor reports.
