The Obama administration says any nuclear deal with the Iranian government will ensure the safety of Iran's neighbors, including Israel. Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz said Monday that the potential agreement would ensure that Iran shuts all the pathways it has to building a nuclear weapon. Zlatica Hoke reports the deal fiercely opposed by Israel and many Republicans in the U.S. Congress is meant to be long-lasting.
