President Barack Obama has announced a new phase in his initiative to provide more opportunities for young men from underprivileged communities. The president traveled to New York Monday to launch the independent non-profit group My Brother's Keeper Alliance that will give financial support to programs helping young men from minority groups to get education and find jobs.
