Obama, ASEAN Talks Focus on South China Sea

The United States and leaders of the ten Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) say action must be taken to lower tensions in the South China Sea. The territorial disputes in the region dominated talks during a historic summit hosted by President Barack Obama in Rancho Mirage, California. White House Correspondent Mary Alice Salinas is there and has this report.
