U.S. President Barack Obama has defended the international accord to restrain Iran's nuclear program by saying it "cuts off all of Iran's pathways to a bomb." Speaking to an audience at American University in Washington, Obama admitted the agreement is not perfect, but said it curbs Tehran from building a nuclear weapon.
