Fears of Ebola are growing in the United States, where a second nurse in Dallas, Texas has contracted the disease - a case that top U.S. health officials say is "very concerning." In Washington, President Barack Obama canceled a political campaign trip to reassure the American public that the dangers of a serious outbreak are low.
