President Barack Obama has announced the final version of his "Clean Power Plan" to reduce carbon pollution from power plants by 32 percent by 2030. The president said this is the single most important step the United States has ever taken in the fight against climate change. But Republican opponents are vowing to fight the tougher standards in the courts and in Congress, saying they will hurt coal-mining states.
