International health officials say the number of new Ebola cases in West Africa is declining. Despite the improvement, the United Nations is calling for more international help to fight the deadly virus. A hospital in Switzerland has started testing a new Ebola vaccine. Zlatica Hoke reports the experimental drug is initially being tried on healthy volunteers.
