Dozens of children are dying in the remote southeast Pakistani region of Tharparkar, victims of a prolonged drought. Despite recent government efforts to provide food and water, analysts in Islamabad tell VOA's Sharon Behn that the latest tragedy is preventable, the result of political inaction.
