India, one of the biggest COVID-19 epicenters, is adding new cases at the world’s fastest rate. Even as it approaches the 4 million mark, though, authorities are opening the economy as they focus on mitigating the devastating impact of the pandemic on millions of people. Anjana Pasricha visited a weekly market in the Indian capital that has allowed the city’s street markets to reopen.
