Russian, Iranian Presidents Meet on Syria and Economic Issues

Iran's President Hassan Rouhani has met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow to discuss their shared economic interests and cooperation in Syria and the Middle East. Iran and Russia are the main backers of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. VOA's Daniel Schearf reports from Moscow that after the U.S. pulled back from the region, Russia's influence has been growing.
