On The Scene: Ukrainian Military Helicopter Downed

A Ukrainian military helicopter exploded at a base near the eastern town of Kramatorsk on Friday, apparently after being hit by a rocket-propelled grenade. VOA's Arash Arabasadi, one of the first reporters on the scene, shot this video of the blast.
