Voting in the early part of Sunday has been mostly organized and orderly but a scuffle at a polling station in Dolapdere, a largely Kurdish neighborhood of Istanbul, showed the tensions surrounding the poll. The scuffle was between poll workers and a Turkish journalist after the poll workers tried to prevent an international TV crew from filming at the polling station.
