The U.S. Senate has confirmed President Donald Trump's nominee for attorney general, Republican Senator Jeff Sessions, after heated debate and a dramatic confrontation that led to the suspension of a prominent Democrat from floor deliberations. VOA's Michael Bowman reports from Capitol Hill that Wednesday's 52-47 vote was split along party lines.
