Foreign-owned businesses in downtown Johannesburg were looted again overnight in the latest, in a series of anti-foreigner violence in South Africa. Police said they had arrested 22 people in connection with the attacks. For some perspectives, VOA's Vincent Makori is joined by Professor Shadrack Guto, at the University of South Africa, in Pretoria.
