In India, farmers from the southern Tamil Nadu state are spearheading a dramatic protest in New Delhi to highlight a farm crisis in a region that has suffered its worst drought in over a 100 years. For the second time this year they are staging a protest with skulls they claim are of farmers who committed suicide because they were unable to pay off their debts.
