As Sub-Saharan Africa develops economically, much of the progress is being carried on the backs of children. Child labor is rampant across much of Africa, and governments face a massive challenge in trying to minimize and eventually eliminate it. But sadly, as VOA's Jeffrey Young reports, the problem appears to be growing in some places.
