President Barack Obama is calling on the international community to work urgently to ensure that nuclear weapons do not get into the hands of terrorists or others who want to do harm. Obama closed his fourth and final Nuclear Security Summit on Friday without meeting a key goal: securing the world's vulnerable nuclear materials.
