More than 13,000 refugees and migrants are camped out by coils of razor-wire fencing, along rail tracks and in muddy fields at Idomeni, a small Greek village with a population of 154. U.N. officials and relief workers here said more than 70 percent of the asylum-seekers at Idomeni are Syrians and Iraqis.
