Bosnia-Herzegovina has one of the lowest per capita levels of greenhouse gas emissions in Europe. But in spite of that, the negative effects of climate change are visible in the country. That is why the experts warn it is essential to follow 1997 the Kyto Agreements regulations , to which Bosnia was a signatory.
