Egypt is not known for being supportive of gay and transgender rights, but for years it has been the only Arab country that offers free gender re-assignment surgeries for people diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder, as it is known here. But as one transgender man tells VOA's Heather Murdock that the community still faces stigma and danger.
