President Donald Trump heads to Miami Friday to announce a rollback of Barack Obama's attempt to normalize relations with Cuba. While Trump is not expected to go so far as to break diplomatic relations that were restored in 2015, travel and business restrictions are expected to be put back in place. VOA's Carol Guensberg gives us perspective on the US-Cuba relationship.
