U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing government agencies to review their use of the H-1B visa program, which enables U.S. companies to hire temporary foreign workers. Critics say the program has been used to hire cheaper labor from abroad at the expense of the American work force. Trump signed the order Tuesday, during a visit to Wisconsin.
