Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump outlined his policy for fighting terrorism during a campaign stop Monday in Ohio. Trump claimed his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton would be unable to prevent terrorist attacks or defeat Islamic State militants in the Middle East.
