Tensions are high ahead of Sunday's parliamentary elections in Turkey, where the legacy of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is at stake. Erdogan has dominated Turkish politics for more than a decade, but opponents accuse him of amassing power and wealth, and pushing the country toward a dictatorship. VOA Europe correspondent Luis Ramirez reports from Istanbul on the man who -- although not running in these elections -- is the dominant figure in the poll.
