Two senior U.S. diplomats are accusing Rwanda of "destabilizing activities" in neighboring Burundi, where political violence has left hundreds dead. The Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, told a congressional committee Wednesday that Rwanda is taking military actions in Burundi.
