U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry hold meetings in the Horn of Africa nation of Djibouti on Wednesday. He is expected to meet with President Ismail Omar Guelleh and Foreign Minister Mahamoud Ali Youssouf. On Tuesday, Secretary Kerry became the first top-ranking U.S. diplomat to visit Somalia. VOA's Vincent Makori reports and later talks to VOA's East Africa correspondent Gabe Joselow in Nairobi, Kenya to discuss Secretary Kerry's trip.
