Pope Francis will become the first leader of the Roman Catholic Church to address a joint meeting of Congress on September 24. As VOA's Cindy Saine reports, U.S. lawmakers are both eagerly awaiting and bracing for comments from the man called the "pope of the poor," who is known to speak his mind and to challenge the rich and the powerful.
