The United States and other world powers are considering their next move against North Korea, after Pyongyang conducted what it said was a "successful" hydrogen bomb test. U.S. officials have cast doubt on North Korea's description of the test, but nevertheless, have responded with swift condemnation. VOA State Department correspondent Pam Dockins has the story.
