Police departments across the United States have updated tactics and procedures following targeted attacks on police officers in Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana that killed eight police officers. VOA's Chris Simkins reports despite the recent tragedies, officers are drawing strength from each other and the communities they're sworn to protect.
