The White House is expected to host the leaders of Asia-Pacific nations in the coming year, as the U.S. continues its push to increase America's power and influence in the area. But the Obama administration will face challenges as it seeks to further engage the region without increasing tensions with China. VOA White House Correspondent Mary Alice Salinas has more.
