The United States has stepped up its aerial bombardment of Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria, and the military says it has slowed their advance for control of the Syrian border town of Kobani. But analysts are increasingly calling for consideration of ground troops to strengthen the campaign against the jihadists. VOA correspondent Meredith Buel reports.
